| When we gather as the Diocese of Wollongong on Sunday, 31 October at the WIN Entertainment Centre to celebrate the canonisation of Blessed Mary MacKillop, a cast of young adults will be presenting the mission and spirituality of Mary through drama, music and song.
We are calling all young people (16-30) who would like to take part in bringing the spirit of Mary MacKillop to the stage to come along to auditions.
If you would like to take part please do not let fear of auditioning get in the way. The audition process is simply a way for the production team to cast suitably and all those who come along will be cast in the production. This will be a once-in-a-lifetime celebration -be a part of it!
All performers will be required to take part in dranatic and vocal auditions, although there will be non singing roles so a wiollingness to sing in public is not a requirement. You will also be asked to provide personal contact details and sign a Casting Agreement. Further details regarding rehearsals will be available at the auditions.
It would be helpful if you could let us know by email that you will be attending, but it is not essential. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to email me at youth@dow.org.au.
