Greetings Leatherjackets!
Just to let you know, we will have our first meeting of the year this Tuesday night after training in the cafe area!
An update on some activities:
1. In case you missed it, Craig (our President) had some misfortune at work and ended up in hospital a few weeks ago, and will be out of the swimming action for some time.
2. Welcome our new coach - Craig! Since he is unable to swim, himself, he is the ideal candidate to stay on the pooldeck directing proceedings!
3. Liz is off to Italy to cycle around for charity. If you haven't been able to donate on-line, bring a few dollars along to the meeting on Tuesday to support Liz in her challenge!
4. Carnivals and State Champ's - Campbelltown and Blacktown carnivals down. State Champ's coming up this weekend. We have four swimmers entered and both a Freestyle and Medley relay team entered - the first time we have done both at one Champ's. Good luck!
If you haven't received it, I have included below the first on-line Masters email to have a look through.
See you in the pool!
Sean
